He was thorough in explaining various things on the lease and answered all of my questions. Prior to today, I spoke to Portia on the phone a couple of times and she was equally helpful and kind. Porscha was wonderfully; and extremely helpful on the phone. Gave me a detailed description of sizes and what I needed to know. When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!

Truly outstanding start to a long term relationship. Storage Post not only offered me everything I needed for my atypical needs, climate controlled 24/7 access equipment storage for video equipment, but managed to do so with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Sharonda in particular set the tone for a comfortable and pleasant experience when I realized the unit I reserved wasn't quite what I needed. She then took the time to show me all available options within my size and price needs until we found the ideal location. This location has two loading bays which is rare from my experience as well as an additional customer parking lot (albeit still under construction). They're also expanding the first floor to be fully climate controlled, but to be fair its about 80% there from my observation. Definitely controlled enough for almost anything outside of incredibly temperature specific items. I have no doubt that I'll be staying with storage post for the duration of my time living in New York.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with at Storage Post — Portia, Kelvin, Maria, and Ashley. Each person was very friendly and helpful, and after a stressful week managing my move and a terrible time speaking to other storage facilities in the area, they made me glad I chose Storage Post. I was looking to move in on Easter, and many facilities in the area were going to be closed, and offered no options. When I spoke to Portia at Storage Unit, she offered me the option of coming down to the office of the location I was looking at and sign up for a unit before the office closed for the day, so that I could get everything set up for access on Easter Sunday with no issues. I haven't moved yet but so far so good. Very happy with the customer service here.
