Got a locker online, came across a few issues once at the branch as they were not aware of the online offers. Was taken care of by Johnny who provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure my offer was provided, did not rush the process despite the fact the location was very busy that day.

Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had.
