The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!

The Storage Post in Ridgewood was awesome! You won't find a better storage facility than this one; it's super safe, and the people running it are kind and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a good place to store your stuff, definitely check this spot out. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Durell was the most helpful person! Despite not being able to get the unit because of timing constraints, he helped walk me through the process and tried everything in his power to get me moved in. He heard my concerns and worked with the tools at his disposal. He also followed up to confirm I recieved my refund for the unit since I would not be able to use it. Durell was a bright spot in the week. When people go above and beyond I feel blessed.

I've had storage here for about three months, no problems except for the back code box, couldn't get in thru there for like 2 days. Not a big deal, just a longer walk from the front. Other than that, the place is kept clean.
