I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

Super super nice and very efficient. Did everything over the phone, I just had to show up and finalize a few things. He walked me to the unit and showed me everything. Excellent prices! Great in person and over the phone customer service! Definitely recommend.

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.

I just want everyone to know how much it is a pleasure to work with the manager in linden she is awesome and a amazing person. She is so understanding and caring and her mannerisms is outstanding they really have the perfect person for management there. I will recommend family and friends to go there. !!!!!!

When I came to this location on Friday January 28th the worker who helped me was Nya. This building is well maintained and climate controlled. Nya was very helpful and informative when I asked questions about possibly renting a space at this location. I had a good experience with this Public Storage location. Nya was super friendly and very professional. She helped me out beyond my expectations.

My first time coming into the facility was very warm and friendly. I had explained what I was looking for and what I was trying to do. my first day going to check a unit. I had an employee name MANNY which was funny respectful and honest. I try giving him a hard way by just throwing questions at him. To see if he knew his job. He was funny outgoing honest and friendly. He kept calm and that’s when I knew I don’t mind doing business with them. Now my 2nd time coming to make sure I was still able to get the unit and met another women which I think was office manager. But she also remain calm nice and friendly. So the day I go to move in I see manny. Now I asked him did he remember me. Well yes he did and it was funny cause we hit it off the first time. So he really made me feel welcome and relaxed. He made sure I was set and ready and even asked did I need anything before started or if I had any questions. This to me is a good company cause they are picking funny and friendly people to run and work in they company. Also they prices are reasonable and the offers are better then other storages places. So if I could give them 10 fingers I would hands down they have my vote
