super helpfully location

I just wanted to say that your staff at the storage post (Bruckner Blvd) where i am is AWESOME!!! no bs so professional and really show an honest care and concern for us renters. Had to go there early this morning to see the manager cause in my storage unit there seems to be an infestation of rodents. So I asked if I could see the manager so he could see what I was speaking about. He came and saw from himself, apologized for the problem and immediately went about resolving my issue. Needless to say it was all handled so professionally that it made me believe in customer service again. The manager was polite respectful and knowledgeable about his team and the building that he was running. This put me at ease, I have used the Fordham unit for ten years and had excellent care and now at Bruckner for the past 3years I'm quite content with my choice. Mr. Alex M Oates kudos to your staff and you for excellent customer service!!

ozzie is the best. took his time to show me room sizes. we ended up going upstairs TWICE so that i felt comfortable with my unit size. he explains everything in detail. thank you so much ozzie. i highly recommend this place and definately look for OZZIE. thanks again

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .
