Storage Post has a completely different atmosphere than CubeSmart. When it comes to customer service, they are the best! Yolanda, at the call center, really made it easy to get my paperwork done. She even followed up with me when I did not return her call. She absolutely took care of me. Alex is another employee who poured out positively to his customers. He did not hesitate to help me with some of my furnitures when I transferred from one unit to the next. He looked for ways to help me save and made the process personal for me when he asked about my day. Margo*, (I hope I am spelling it right), has tranquility within herself that made me want to ask more questions without feeling out of place. She was relatable and understanding. She even apologized for keeping me waiting when it was not her fault at all. Her sense of humor made the place light up. I definitely appreciate the team (company and for the company for recruiting such a powerful team. I wouldn't expect anything less at Storage Post of Yonkers, NY.

Do recommend the location. CHANDRA is a great person for all help and support and she will make the renting process seamless.

Great location, very convenient in terms of access (multiple entrances, all ramp/handicap accessible) staff is great, Tyreil is the gentleman I had the pleasure to interact with. Not only did he help me setting up my unit, he also helped in terms of the best location for my specific needs AND guided me there AND showed me how to get there without assistance. The second entrance (Non-staffed) was really good to know about, he showed me how to get there and get to my unit easily and effortlessly. Highly recommended.

Storage Post had a promo running that they would give the first two months of storage for free. I rented a 10 by 5 space for $40! Great space, great service, and great price!

Mott Haven- BEST Storage Post Office! If you’re looking to store away treasured items that don’t fit in your small NYC apartment, head over to the Mott Haven (Bruckner), location. There you will come across Great staff members that are Knowledgeable, Friendly, Kind and Supportive. The team members I’m talking about are: Delroy (Supervisor), Pedro and William who is new. Upon changing my room to a bigger space, I was in personal contact with Pedro who took his time to check and later show me a few rooms available. When I was interacting with him in the rental office, he answered every question, dealt with every one of my concerns and patiently listened to me. Delroy chimed in and kindly assisted with one of my requests when a small glitch occurred. While William was there learning the ropes with note pad in hand and taking a vested interest in his job. This location is a run like a well-oiled machine. I have been at this location since the beginning and have nothing but Good things to say about this Team. Kudos! Pedro, Delroy and William, keep up the Good Work!
