Ozone Park, NY Amenities
Our Ozone Park, NY location in Queens has a full range of self-storage units from small 5’x 5’ lockers to store your documents or collectibles to extra-large 10’ x 25’ units to store your camper, kayak or full haunted house Halloween display. You can also rent a parking space in our fenced and gated facility for the car you’re saving for Junior, or your boat or trailer.
Our self-storage climate-controlled units are kept 78°F in the summer and 55°F in the winter. Temperature fluctuations aren’t good for wood, clothing, paper, photos or pretty much anything else, so we protect your possessions year round.
Security is a top priority for us, so we have 24/7/365 security cameras keeping an eye on things. No shenanigans on our watch if we can help it!
We understand not everyone works on a Monday-to-Friday, nine-to-five schedule, so you can access your unit whenever you want.
We have motion-activated security lighting in our facility, so you can always see what you are doing and who else might be in the area.
Digital Security System
Our commitment to security doesn’t end with cameras. Every person entering the facility must use a personal digital access code. No code, no entry. Open Sesame and Alohomora won’t work, but feel free to give it a go. We could use some entertainment!
Individual Unit Door Alarms
All our units have individual door alarms that will raise a very loud alarm if someone tries to break in without the proper access code.
We offer free Wi-Fi for our customers while you are on-site. What you use it for is up to you…
You don’t have to be concerned about using the elevators during off-hours, because only people with an access code can operate them. And our motion-lights and security cameras have your back anyway.
Covered Indoor Loading Areas
There's not much we can do about New York weather, but we can keep you protected from the elements with covered loading areas. Drive straight in and the garage door will automatically close behind you.
We have intercoms linked to our office, so if you need help during business hours, a push of the button connects you to your staff. They don’t work as well during off-hours, so you can always leave us a message or email us and we will sort you out when we get in.
Fenced and Gated
Our Ozone Park location is fenced and gated, and you need an access code to open the gate. Once you’re inside, we also have plenty of on-site parking.
The game starts in an hour, but you need to pick up the snowblower and drop off the lawnmower. Fortunately with our convenient drive-up units, you can be in and out in no time.
No-Contact Rental/Online Bill Pay
You can rent a unit, sign your agreement and even view and pay your bill online. And we don’t require a deposit to secure your unit.
Boxes, Packing and Moving Supplies
We have all the packing and moving supplies you need, from tape guns and packing materials to assorted sizes of moving boxes to help your moving and storage job go smoothly.
Dollies and Hand Carts
Roll with it, baby! You can borrow a dolly or hand cart to make your job easier, and save your back while you're at it.
We understand the challenges of being a small business owner in Queens, so we welcome commercial and business accounts.
You can earn a $50 credit for every person you refer to us, and who doesn't need extra cash?
We understand sometimes you just need a place to store your stuff for a couple of months while you figure out the next stage of your life or wait for that dream kitchen reno to wrap up. You can rent a unit month-to-month, short- or long-term.
Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff
Our staff are pretty amazing and can help you choose the right unit, discuss the benefits of storage unit insurance or talk about how Ozone Park is an odd name for a neighborhood, but back in 1880, people thought ozone was a good thing.

What’s it Like in Ozone Park, New York?
The neighborhood of Ozone Park was founded in 1880, and was a creation of a bunch of enterprising real estate developers. Back then, ozone was thought to be a nifty gas “filled with recuperative properties” and the name Ozone Park was supposed to conjure thoughts of happy families and proximity to the ocean air. (Of course, the arrival of Idlewild Airport, now JFK International Airport, in 1948 may have solved the fresh air reputation.)
Ozone Park is the home of the Aqueduct Raceway, which was founded in 1894, and is the only racetrack within NYC limits. It’s older than Belmont Park, which was founded in 1905.
The neighborhood is just under 10 miles from Manhattan, and Niche.com gives it top marks for nightlife, diversity and outdoor activities. Its median family income is $72,237, and 37% of residents have kids. 54% own their homes, and the median home value is $544,023, well above the national average of $217,500.

Why Storage Post?
We know the reasons Why New Yorkers Need More Storage Than Most, the Unique Storage Issues New Yorkers Face and which restaurant has the best food close to our location. We aren’t very good at choosing the win, place and show in the fifth race, but we could give it a try if you'd like (although we choose by horsey name, so, you’ve been warned).
Safety and Security
We take security seriously, with 24/7/365 video surveillance, a digital security system with personal access codes and a fenced and gated location that you can only access with your code. We also have motion-activated lights to keep you safe while you’re in the facility.
Transparency and Convenience
We don’t require a deposit, we have month-to-month, short- and long-term rentals, and you can view and pay your bill online. We make it convenient to do business with us and there are no surprises when you get your bill.
Free Truck and Shuttle Service
We get that not everyone who lives in NYC has a car, and if you’re new to the area, it can be hard to find people to help you move. So we offer a free truck and shuttle service to and from our facility in lieu of other discounts and promotions.
