The gentleman st the desk was amazing. The prices took just minutes and he explained it perfectly. I know to call on the 14th of whatever month I decide to close out my storage in order to pick up at end of month and not be charged for the next month. He was wonderful!

Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

Eric was super helpful. He showed me the parking spot that I had rented and made sure that my vehicle would be able to turn and fit in before finalizing everything. Paperwork was done in a few minutes and I would highly recommend him for a promotion

Very clean, efficient and welcoming staff. Glad i made the decision to store my belongings here.

I’ve been using this facility since I was 5 months pregnant (july 2024) and they have been nothing but great to me!! The customer service they provide is outstanding from all employees especially Randy, Tyrone, and Andrew!! These guys are extremely personable, helpful, respectful, empathetic people. They listen to your needs and go above & beyond to assist in any way to their abilities. These gentlemen have made my trips and/or phone calls to the storage post feel like light at the end of the tunnel every single time and lord knows times have been very hard. I am appreciative of these guys and their exceptional service truly!! Thank you!!

I walked in, gt attended to immediately. But Most of all let me tell you about an employee Shevaun which is why im givibg thm 5 stars. He was the most helpful, well mannered and pleasant young man. He hlpd me and my sons sooooo much. He made the experience great! Definitely will recommend to anybody looking for their things to put in storage. Talk to him.

This site has been very accommodating to their customers. Gloria, the site manager showed all available storage units until we found the most convenient one for our family. She was friendly, helpful, and professional when presenting the different storage units. I recommend anyone looking for storage units to visit this site and ask for Gloria.
