Excellent costomer service

Helena and Miguel were So helpful and calm and nice!!! I will store more stuff here!!

I booked the location this weekend. Called first and received the most wonderful customer service from Porscha at the call center. Then I went to the location and Manny was super pleasant and customer friendly. I really appreciated his welcoming energy. The location itself is brand new so it’s super clean. I love that it is this clean! Overall great experience and the prices are superb. It is probably the best storage facility I’ve had on StatenIsland. I was previously at Rover Self Storage (previously Keepers Storage). The difference is like night and day.

I love it

Comodo de porqueo

Moving in was easy, They were packed one day and I noticed they were still hospitable with all the customer. I opted to come back another day due to how packed it was. When I came back Helena gave me a tour and helped me lock a unit in. Service was great here. The parking so far has been a bit hard, possibly due not the season.

Tatiana best customer service to my mother thank you so much

Leslie Keys was thorough, helpful, professional and warm. He worked with me until I got the storage solution to fit both my spatial and budgetary needs.
