The storage we had was good and clean. The facility is well maintained. However you do get the occasional people that leave the door open or jam it so they can get in and out without a code. Besides that the place is very well lit and secure.

I have been using Storage Post since about 2014. They open to late 8:am they should open at 6:am and Sundays hours 10:am to 4:pm is not enough time for me to get access my tools

Not a bad place but locks you out after 8pm - this is a major pain, as there've been numerous times I wanted to stop and grab some stuff around 9 or 10pm and was locked out. Also, no bathrooms available in the building after hours. - at least none i've seen in two years. also plenty of cheaper options in the area.

Understandable 24hours is a lot to deal with to stay open but to cut down to 8.5 hours..... Pretty drastic and inconvenient. The new limited time now if it's a week day I have to take time off from my 9-5 job I commute to and from to be able to go to my room or get there even earlier on a weekend. SORRY NOT CONSIDERATE OR PRACTICAL FOR WORKING PEOPLE AT ALL! Work with people a little bit a few early days a few late days during the week..... Not jam their weekend up and room be useless for 5 days out of the week.

Everything appears to be good with the storage space. But, the reservation wasn't clear that it was not climate controlled and a $15 admin fee on top of that.

Don't expect to recover anything of they damage your storage with water leaks, got no compensation whatsoever.

When arrived at the place had to wait a long long time until someone took care of paperwork, ID card, webcam photo ID, payment... everything... and the movers waiting outside payed by the hour! I wish they just assigned my unit number immediately (which was reserved previously!) and then we could go processing paperwork and everything afterwards. What a waste of time... Otherwise the storage units are new and in very good condition

The gentleman that called me after I made the reservation was very professional and courteous. I haven’t gotten my items in the storage yet but what I have experienced so far I like!!!! ️

EDIT: I spoke with customer service and they were able to get me a discount that got me closer to my original price. I appreciate the effort to rectify mistakes, so I'm amending my original rating. Thank you. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I went to view a unit on a high floor a month early. They wouldn't book me in that early, but when I called to book it a few weeks later, they told me they were giving me the unit I viewed for approximately the same price. I hadn't taken note of the unit's number, and the lease had a unit number but not the floor. I found out the day I was moving, as my movers were on the way to the unit with my belongings, that they had given me a unit in the basement, which I explicitly had told them I did not want. I was able to get a unit on a higher floor, but it was smaller and $70 more per month. I didn't have a choice, unfortunately.
