Great customer service. Safe & secure

Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

I'm very stressed and going yet..another trying time in my life for me and my little girls....and right now...I just needed one piece of something secure ....and they gave me that And also a very good and understanding price due to my circumstances .... And for that I am very appreciative THANK YOU STORAGE POST ....AND THANK YOU TO MR TY

Andy has been very patient and helped me in finding a storage unit that I needed. Have been using storage post for a while and they're doing a good job in maintaining their ficilities.

The moment you walk in you are greeted by a super friendly staff. Abraham was very helpful and patient when I asked about 100 questions...lol...he took me on a tour of the building, showed me to a super clean room, took his time showing me how to use the keypad. Needless to say I rented the room and am very happy with my decision. I looked at many storage facilities in the area and this is by far one of the best and extremely reasonably priced storage places in my zone. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent...they also rent parking spaces.

Neighborhood friendly

The website and the call center gave me some misinformation about the availability of time that I did not realize would cause me serious inconvenience until I actually got to the space (which is under construction). However, I was super impressed with the effort and overtime that the company (the staff in office, the manager out of office, the district manager and others on the phone) affixed to resolve the issue. They worked really hard to help me out and made the necessary adjustments to get me to be able to move in that day without a hitch. The manager, Ivan and his staff member Hassan, really made all the difference. I am giving them a four out of five, because the facility is still being constructed. If it weren't for the experience of working mainly with these two, I would have given them a one out of five. That's how much they improved my impression of the company.
