I had a really great experience with Terry. He was very nice, helpful and made sure we were clear about everything before walked out. We were amazed as the facility is very clean compared to other ones. I highly recommend it!

We arrived at the exact time the young lady at the front desk was going to lunch. When that happens people are usually rude. However she was super nice and let us know she was getting lunch and that will take 30 minutes. We waited in the parking lot and to our surprise she came back in 15 minutes. Didn’t even take her full time. She was super nice all the time and show led us around. I would definitely recommend this location more than anything because of her customer service.

I was very disappointed with the storage facility I used with the city before. Fortunately, I decided to move here. This place is clean and well-maintained, the unit is larger, and the price is even cheaper than what I paid before. I’m extremely satisfied. The staff are also very friendly and patient. I highly recommend it.
