He also gave suggestions on how to store items in the unit. I felt confident and happy with my choice to go with storage post even more after receiving additional help for Jarred.

Absolutely terrific. As a recent transplant to the area with a busy interior design firm, I desperately needed an immaculate, climate controlled, easy access storage facility. I highly recommend this one. I have used others and have felt like my things were getting destroyed as they were stored. Not here. High quality antiques are kept safe along with newly upholstered pieces. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. Alex and Ashley at Storage Post made my stressful move completely stress free when it came to storage. All aspects of the storage facility were completely explained. I highly recommend this facility because the employees were so thoughtful and made the process very smooth.
