So far so good. I acquired my unit online. When I went into the rental office the lady at the front desk asked for my patience because she was new to the position. I didn't mind waiting because I arrived 20 minutes before their closing time. She was so kind and concerned that I got what I wanted( I didn't know my unit would be upstairs). She assured me if any unit downstairs would become available that she notify me immediately and I could change. During these times when everything and everyone is trying to get a sense of normalcy, it is comforting to encounter anyone that has a welcoming and doesn't mind putting in extra work attitude.

I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me..
