Great customer service thank you Denise …

I was a little nervous as I never have really dealt with storage units before and I needed to get my uncles belongings in a unit for his passing. I dealt with Adrian and not only was a he a huge help he was very engaging and I felt heard and seen, even offered his condolences. He made something that had me anxious as painless and smooth as possible.

Recently, we were changing units in this facility. Jermaine, was helpful and quick in assisting to close our original unit. We look forward to keeping our new unit here with such kind and helpful service.

I came to the storage unit today and realized I left my keys at home. Devin was very helpful in assisting me with getting the lock off and assisting with a new lock. I didn’t have to wait long and no issues was had. Thank you guys

Great place... indoor with room temperature and cameras everywhere open 6am to 10pm

The staff is so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are always present and answer any questions easily when I walk into the office. The facility is cleaned and well maintained. It’s also well lit and secure. Recommend this location.

Facility has had some improvements but I'm not convinced that the improvements warrant such big rent increases. Pricing reflecting Loyalty Appreciation and incentive to stay would be nice.

Initially I made a one star review due to the poor customer service I experienced from the manager and unit conditions I discovered a week ago 10/25/25. I have been a tenant for over a year and purchased an additional unit for more space. However, when moving out my smaller unit I saw rat poop and rat holes at the corners of the unit. When reporting that to the on duty manager he was not helpful and made no attempt to remedy the issue and blamed the previous ownership for my issue. Following that experience I reported that to the customer service line where I spoke with Alex who sent an email to the district manger Raina on my behalf. Raina quickly responded the next business day and provided amazing customer service and provided me with a credit due to my experience. She was very friendly and understanding, ensuring that additional training would be provided for the current management to better handle these incidents. If you have any issues I would suggest calling the customer support line and ask for the district manager if you experience no support from the lower level management. Also Denise in the other team members were a great help and had great energy!
