I had a tragic loss in my family, still running around trying to get things sorted, it would be 30 years next month and im just everywhere, the two young ladies at the front desk were so professional, A very caring and attentive to me as I turned the necessary document, A young lady Denise was awesome!!!!!! I shared my heart with her and just he listening and the advice she gave along with a personal area she went through was Incredible!! if you can clone Denise and send her to all of your location, I guarantee you would have no problem thank you Denise for all that you are. My check in experience as a new customer was less than smooth. I got there mid day and found the front desk dark and locked. Then I realized they had a video kiosk for inquiries. The person who came on the video said the person managing the front desk will be right with me. 15 min later a person unlocked the front door. Then the person had trouble finding record of the registration fee I prepaid. Then the access code they provided did not work. 30 min later that was resolved. I spent 45 minutes getting access to my unit for the first time.
