I rented a unit for my college student. The first three times he went during business hours the office wasn't open and we hadn't received a building access code in any of the confirmation emails. I was finally able to reach the manager at this location by going through the sales option who connected me. All is fixed now, but it was a very frustrating start!

We used this storage unit for about 4 months and in that time I believe it changed companies twice. We have had issues in the past with Extra Space/Life Storage here: rude, unhelpful staff; lack of communication with clients when gates are broken, and issues trying to have movers move our things to our new place. But today I went to close out our unit after being transferred to Storage Post, and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how kind Jessica was, but how extremely helpful she was in getting my unit closed, communicating my finals payments, and letting me out of the gate after my account/key code was shut down from closing my unit! I really hope this place is pivoting with this new group coming in. It wasn’t a bad place to rent besides the pst poor staff.

I had a tragic loss in my family, still running around trying to get things sorted, it would be 30 years next month and im just everywhere, the two young ladies at the front desk were so professional, A very caring and attentive to me as I turned the necessary document, A young lady Denise was awesome!!!!!! I shared my heart with her and just he listening and the advice she gave along with a personal area she went through was Incredible!! if you can clone Denise and send her to all of your location, I guarantee you would have no problem thank you Denise for all that you are. Ian was very helpful and efficient. Helped us find the storage unit we needed pretty much immediately. After looking at a couple other places that were charging over double what honore storage is charging, we’re glad we stumbled upon this place! Location might not seem ideal but they have easy access plus a parking lot. Thank you!

Not only is he so patient, and understanding, but he's especially the right person for the job! Max, is knowledgeable and great, at what he brings to the table.
