Loved the facility from the beginning. I currently had a problem with my unit. Huge shout out and kudos to Giselle. She was so helpful. She was so accommodating. She took care of my problem with my current unit. Love the service and the help I got from Giselle. She was amazing.

I was so fortunate to find such an incredible gem at Post Self Storage!! (Chicago) Robert is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience if it wasn’t for him and being so helpful, I wouldn’t have had my storage locker or items in there protected safely and taking the time making you feel welcome and a priority when you just came from having a tough day of moving, made such a difference. I walk pass this place, almost everyday, I needed storage and Ian went above and beyond to help me get a storage room that would fit my things at a great rate, place is very clean and the have cameras everywhere, even another customer that Ian was helping also said this place is great. I DO RECOMMEND Honore Storage at 3215 W. Lawrence and make sure you ask for Ian
