We used this storage unit for about 4 months and in that time I believe it changed companies twice. We have had issues in the past with Extra Space/Life Storage here: rude, unhelpful staff; lack of communication with clients when gates are broken, and issues trying to have movers move our things to our new place. But today I went to close out our unit after being transferred to Storage Post, and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how kind Jessica was, but how extremely helpful she was in getting my unit closed, communicating my finals payments, and letting me out of the gate after my account/key code was shut down from closing my unit! I really hope this place is pivoting with this new group coming in. It wasn’t a bad place to rent besides the pst poor staff.

There been a few bumps on the way from the transfer and she been always willing to help me and accommodate for the inconvenience . Every-time i pass thru the office she is always in a great attitude and smile willing to help.
