Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!

Revising my review. Initially the things I stored here grew mold and i was told that I would not be compensated for it. However the manager at this location helped me the best he could to help me get some compensation for my belongings. I received less than the value of what was in the unit, but I appreciate them taking responsibility for what happened.

It's ok. Lady behind the desk was reasonable with me. I'm thankful I was able to find a storage during this rough time because of hurricane ida. There is a downside to it. When calling the 1800 number I was told my storage was climate control. However, the lady behind the desk said it was not. Also, you can only access your unit during business hours which is really a pain. I will not complain, but I will not used them again.
