I had such a great experience with Storage Post Kenner! From the start, the staff was friendly, professional, and really helpful in making sure I found the perfect unit for my needs. The facility is clean, well-kept, and I feel completely confident storing my things here thanks to their strong security system and 24-hour video surveillance. I also love the convenience of climate-controlled units, online bill pay, and daily access—it makes everything so easy. They even have moving supplies on hand, which saved me a trip. It was a great experience. Maria was very detailed with explaining everything and she was very courteous and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also the facility is well kept so no worries about rodents or other visitors.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! I stored my RV in their exterior storage lot for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough how kind and helpful everyone at the Storage Post was EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. They would answer my questions promptly, would confirm my payment both over the phone as well as via email to give me peace of mind and went above and beyond to help get my claims adjuster to my slip after Hurricane Ida ravaged the area. I would recommend the St Rose storage post 10 out of 10 times to anyone looking for a unit or space to store a trailer.
