Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!

Nice facility, I feel it is clean. But they do have some nickle and diming going on. Eg. I reserved a smaller unit, needed a larger unit on day of and this was all discussed prior to 'check-in' ... they wanted to charge me $20 to 'transfer' to the larger unit. Mind you I had not checked in even. The representative who was very nice said he would waive it - but didn't in the end when I looked at the paperwork . Just odd.

Hard to get a big truck in and out like a Uhaul, if u pass a certain section there's a gate and u can't get out, there are roaches, would like if they got the storages sprayed for roaches, mice and things like that otherwise it looks ok
