The District Manager was working today, and was very professional and accommodating to my needs. Reviewed the paperwork completely and answered all my questions. Made my visit very personable. Would recommend this facility to other people.

This storage company is the best! The units are immaculate and the staff is incredible. In particular the Manager Brandon was extremely helpful when i accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. Brandon went above and beyond to help me retrieve the keys. Love it. Quick and easy. Pull right up to your unit. Nice people with express service. And units don't have all that nasty insulation that gets all over your things.

Danielle was great. She willingly stayed half an hour late on a Saturday just because I was running behind. She explained in detail things that I ACTUALLY needed to know, and was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when compared to the norm in the Kenner/St. Rose area. I'd do business with the company again simply for her exemplary service.
