Had the experience of being assisted by Jared in the front who was amazing to work with! I had an issue with my storage unit and needed to downsize so not only did he help with scoping out the stuff I needed to move, but he also made the transfer process SO MUCH easier. I originally was nervous about the whole process of transitioning to a new unit but Jared really really helped me out with my 50 questions, storage sizing, pricing, and overall honesty. I greatly appreciated it and had a great and smooth experience.

By far my best experience with a storage company. LaShonda was super friendly and courteous, and helped me with my move in experience. She truly went above and beyond when she lent me a few tools to help me fit my furniture. Facility was very clean inside and outside. They are on it on Magnolia ave.

No access after 6 PM. 2nd floor is a furnace. NO AC. No garbage cans outside. ELEVATOR SMELLS & CARPET SO DIRTY. but it’s cheap.
