We went to the Storage Post in Perth Amboy and met with Johnny. We had booked a storage unit via the phone with Alita/Adita, who was very lovely, friendly and professional. We checked the unit we booked and noted it was with an obstruction in the middle. However, Johnny had a look at his remaining units and proposed another unit with no obstructions. Again, all done very quick, professionally and most importantly, with a friendly smile! We had our goods from Australia arrive today at the facility and we were very happy with the facility and saw Johnny again with a smile! Well done and great work!

I really like this storage facility**and Nicole the employee is an amazing person hardworking person every time you do need help she's always there to help you or if she don't have an answer for you she will call somebody and get an answer for you if you have any questions about anything .BUT**there's a lot of things that bothered me the number one thing is that doesn't have a bathroom so when the office does close you have no bathroom to go to*** second thing is when you go up to the second and third floor it feels like an oven this is supposed to be controlled where you can feel the air conditioner what I feel is pure heat and then the crazy insane thing is that I can never find any carts but like I said the number one thing that really drives me insane is I can't even be in my storage unit not even for 10 minutes without feeling like I'm going to pass out because instead of it being cold it feels like 100° up there the other thing that bothered me was my payment was not due on the storage unit and one of the employees that was from New York or tall lady that kept saying that she's a district manager or something I've never seen this lady a day in my life and she ended up locking me out of my unit when it wasn't time to be locked I had still had one day before the payment was due and she really locked me out I had to show her on the keypad hey listen I still have access to my storage unit like why are you locking me out and she kept arguing with me until I proved her wrong and then at the end she noticed that she was wrong and ended up taking the lock off and then told me tomorrow the lock will be back on like I already know this I've been here long enough I told her but I did not like that like why would you lock me out of a storage unit if it's not even do yet I don't understand I was so frustrated

Amazing staff and amazing service. I have been at this location for over a year and I do not plan on leaving. Edyta is amazing for helping me out. I am never leaving!!!!!

I live in Perth Amboy and I’ve tried a few different storage facilities, but Storage Post has them all beat! I love that I can access my unit at any time and they have motion activated lighting so it’s never a hassle getting to my unit, even if I’m going there at night.

Nicole is amazing! She has great customer service, answered all my questions and showed me several units for me to choice from. I would highly recommend anyone to this location. The location is very clean and organized.

Johnny is great! & Feeling much better now after they were able to resolve my issue. Didn't have access to my unit for over a week & we were finally able to get it resolved today.

Staff are very supportive.
