I'm writing this review to acknowledge my wonderful experience I had there today. The young lady there was very friendly and helpful. She showed me a few units and explained everything I needed to know. Excellent customer service and very pleasant. Thank you Storage Post you will definitely be getting my business. 3/4/2023

The 4 stars are because I tried to move yesterday and found that my unit was locked. I did receive an email with the combination, but I did not pay attention. Today, when I called Customer Service, all was explained, and I obtained the information. For the most part, my first interaction with Nicole was very good. She explained everything in detail. So far so good.
