Overall very easy. Nice room, easy access. Nice and quick sign-in with helpful person at the desk. Positive all around and good rate too.

They give zero leeway the same day payment is due if you don't pay by tge end of the day they're already locking you out and tacking on late fees. They also have these people that come in with tractor trailers that block up everything. There's been numerous times I couldn't get out the facility because there we're people unloading appliances and just putting them any and everywhere blocking the way to exit. I call the office to let them know and nothing gets done. It's a constant problem in the Perth Amboy facility.
