Staff was excellent, both associates gave their advice and knowledge. The only down side was the aggressiveness and rudeness of the other tenants (all men) waiting for service, waiting for elevator, obtaining carts.

I recently rented a unit at Storage Post and could not be happier with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. First disappointed because the price increased significantly since my last inquiry (in a week), but the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were patient in answering all my questions and helped me choose the right size unit for my belongings. Special thanks to Laron for his assistance and for making me understand and choose among the available options I had.

The previous owners had this place in 2020, I rented at the set price, in 2022 new owners took over & the price has increased, & out of loyalty I stayed, but no fear, because of a beautiful human being by the name of Adrian who went beyond the call of duty and reached out to me, & lowered the increased price back down to the price I was paying when I signed up. So to show my gratitude I'm leaving this review. Loyalty is a big one for me, & with that being said thank you Adrian!!!

It's my fault for NOT having someone supervise it. They broke various things during the move and and the pieces broken are not found. sorry BUT the moving part was not good.

I had a storage room with this company before and everything went well as far as getting the room etc etc .My only problem that I endured was with the access code that almost never worked which was very frustrating when I would go during access hour and the store wasn’t open yet I would usually have to wait until the store open and then they would fix whatever the problem was but but that was very important for me . J also had a storage at another location and I experienced the same issue which was worse because they access hours were from 6 am and the store didn’t open til 9 am . so they were many times I went to go to my storage room at 6 AM and my access code didn’t work which means I was not able to get in to my storage room and get my stuff so which means I had to wait until 9 o’clock until they open the office to speak to someone so they could fix the problem. That was very frustrating - so am I saying that what happened to everyone? But I happened to meet several different times at two different locations so I learned never to go before the store opens because I might be locked out because my access code isn’t working at the moment. so I can honestly say the process of getting a storage room is fine, but the access code issue I would not recommend this storage company due to that issue. Also if you are late one day with making a payment, the late fee is $15 and then one week after it’s an additional $30 which I think just isn’t fair.
