Let me just start out by saying wow. I was having one of the worst days ever as my movers were running late and I was in a rush because I had to be done at a certain time to pick up my kids from work but Kristian is a savior he was very informative and caring as he helped me calm down and actually got everything done pretty fast. It was wayyy easier than I’d thought it be. If you’re going to rent here look for Kristian.

The young lady that attended me did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Me and my husband have been looking for a storage space for quite some time around the bronx area and out of all the stores we have been in this has been the best one the manager of the facility i believe his name goes by Edgar was very helpfull to my husband which does not really understand english that well mr Edgar was patient and understanding in knowing what my husband needed definitely deserves a good 5 stars thank you Edgar and storage post for helping us find the size room we needed !
