Wow! Couldn't of asked for better customer service at this place. Marie has been nothing but helpfull and pleasant. Though she was very busy with other customers she She acknowledged my husband and i right away. I appreciated how knowledgeable she is. Marie was very understanding to my needs and she definitely made my day with her great sense of humor. I wish i could rate this place more stars!!

I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! I truly appreciate my experience here, the place was very clean and organized and I was attended by a very friendly individual Jimmy, who helped me with all of my storage needs. Because this is my first time using a storage unit after a very challenging time in my life I was made to feel comfortable and he answered all of my questions. I’m extremely grateful.
