The previous owners had this place in 2020, I rented at the set price, in 2022 new owners took over & the price has increased, & out of loyalty I stayed, but no fear, because of a beautiful human being by the name of Adrian who went beyond the call of duty and reached out to me, & lowered the increased price back down to the price I was paying when I signed up. So to show my gratitude I'm leaving this review. Loyalty is a big one for me, & with that being said thank you Adrian!!!

I wanted to give a bad rating because I was angry about not being able to access the unit because my husband wasnt truthful with me when he said he "took care of the bill." So I was mad I went out my way to get there- that's another thing, their location is sooooooo out the way, making it inconvenient. However I like the cleanliness of the entire place; I like the security they have there in regards to the elevator requiring a password in order to take you upstairs to the units. The staff seems friendly and willing to help.

Very Good Staff and Respectful Worker's. Is Clean but lockers seem to Small for the Price but Worth it,, Due to I'm Disabled and My Locker is high from the floor to get I'n Myself,, and I Live just 2 Short blocks Away from it. I Do Recommend.

I have been using Storage Post since about 2014. They open to late 8:am they should open at 6:am and Sundays hours 10:am to 4:pm is not enough time for me to get access my tools
