**To All Beware** The Best Decision I rented a unit for our business, and the staff has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the customer service desk was attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. That level of support continued seamlessly when we moved in, led by the manager, who was exceptional. She handled our reservation with care, resolved system issues efficiently, communicated clearly, and most importantly made us feel confident that our property was in good hands. The experience didn’t stop there. The gentleman who helped get us situated (a newer employee) was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, making the transition cordial, and stress-free. From what I can see you hiring team made a great choice. One thing that stood out immediately was the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility. It is exceptionally well maintained by far the cleanest I’ve seen compared to other vendors we’ve used over the years. Because our business operates 24/7, I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with the maintenance team, who have been just as welcoming, professional, and courteous. Every interaction since day one has been consistent. Staff members are always polite, approachable, and proactive in asking if I need anything sometimes that has become increasingly rare in customer service today. In the midst of a property sale and planning an international move, finding the right storage facility was very important. The Grand Avenue location in Brooklyn is super close, has both large and Xtra large room sizes, and the 24 hour secured access is a really big plus!!! I have stored for years at other facilities, including Stop & Stor, Storage Fox, and Clutter, and none of the competitors could compare to the quality of customer service and concern provided by the Storage Post Grand Avenue staff. The manager (Ivan) and customer service rep (Chynna) took the personal time to show me several rooms on multiple floors, and had to qualms waiting on me to make a decision, as I had to do a double take before selecting the right room. They were so patient, and both took excellent care of me!!! The real icing on the cake, is the rates are really affordable, and the 24 hour secured access, is super perfect for night owls creatives like me!
