Great storage facility. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Helena who was patient and kind while helping me find the right space. I would recommend.

When I was interested in a space, the woman who helped me took me on a tour of spaces to be sure to find one that would work well. When I moved in, I happened to start on a weekday so the loading dock was always available. The staff in the office is super helpful with getting me started and answering questions

Well attended to and expeditiously received my storage space. No issues, smooth and hassle-free. Staff members are courteous and great representatives!! Abraham explained all the do’s and dont’s and treated me well!!!

Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit! The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful. Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.

I walked into Storage Post having absolutely no clue how storage units worked, but Manny R. was incredible. He is hands down the best representative I’ve ever dealt with. I had a million questions, and even when I felt like they were "stupid," Manny answered every single one with total patience and professionalism. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step, made sure I understood the access schedules, and clearly explained when the facility opens and closes. His customer service is top-notch—he’s friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. If you’re heading to this Storage Post, definitely look for Manny. Thank you again for all your help!
