Easy check-in, the employee who made my check-in was super professional and made sure I was aware of all the rules and details about my lease. The place is clean and they make it convenient to move your stuff around with big carts, parking spots and elevators. The place looks secure as well.

Storage Post and their staff were very friendly and informative. Aaron in the office gave me options that made my storage experience more affordable and easier to organize. He also waved some sign up fees which helped make the whole experience pleasant instead of painful. The location near the Navy Yard has aceess points on both sides of the building with elevators at each entrance. Open 24 hours and always very clean. Happy to be storing things here.

Abraham was incredibly helpful today, I downsized to a smaller unit and he sorted it all out on the same level and prorated the price. Also, sorted out my empty boxes and garbage bags for me. Very kind, so appreciative as it was a very long day and this bit of extra care really helped me out :)

Great Service, Very convenient!

My first time using a storage unit in New York/Brooklyn, and I was able to move in without any problems. The staff are very friendly and patient with all my questions, and I felt comfortable with my unit. Overall access was a flawless experience, and I felt safe overall.

I had never rented a storage unit before and this was seamless, everything was properly and clearly explained to me, I was taken to and shown the unit and more importantly I feel safe when visiting this storage facility

These folks are great! If you're used to your run of the mill storage facility where no one cares if you are a customer or not, these guys are the antithesis of that poor service attitude. I need a storage room (Large) in a month so I went and talked with Abraham at Storage post. He got me their biggest room for a great price and then offered a month and a half free! (They are now painting the room in anticipation of my arrival mid month). These guys are great, he called the manager to see if the deal would fly and called me back in minutes with the good news. This is my Second room at Storage post and they even remembered me from my first visit! Now that's service. Remember Abraham is your man for storage needs.
