When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.

Kirill was extremely helpful and provided a tour of the facility when I was interested in renting. A few months later, Kirill was walking the property performing a security check. He noticed I did not properly lock my unit and was kind enough to call and make me aware of the situation. I am so pleased with the level of customer service and follow up with the facility.

Loved the set up, very neat n clean.

This location was a godsend and the staff absolutely helped me despite my picky needs. The only negative I would say is that the facility lacks in even decent cell service. I am sure this can be remedied easily. Overall I couldn't find a better storage facility if I tried.
