I highly recommend it due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The facility is indeed very clean and easy to navigate. One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.

I've been a customer for about 10 years with multiple rooms at various times and have had mostly good experiences throughout. However, over the last year since Kimberly took the helm as store manager she has upped the game & has proven that even something good could be improved! No concern or complaint gets ignored. She & her team take care of the issues promptly and efficiently without fanfare or hype. Very professional & with a smile. Exemplary customer service and more...!!!!! 5 STARS :)

I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over. The phone contract was sent and received past codes provided access upon arrived at the storage unit BY 9:30 PM and stored all my son's stuff, so kudos to self storage.
