I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. I’m so very happy with my units here at the Ozone Park location. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The manager, Julissa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole facility is always clean and neat. I’m up to my fifth unit at this location. Very convenient and easy access.
