I cannot explain just how delightful it was to move my things into this storage. Shaday was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the phone salesman, because even he made me feel taken care of and happy! I really dig this place! Just please dont raise my rent! ?????? I recently met Carlos the other day when renting out a parking space and I'm delighted to say that he is a funny and firm character. I enjoyed meeting him and very happy with his customer service as well. He and Shaday are great, knowledgeable and helpful people. Another great experience at SP! ??

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.
