Santos was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. He took the time to walk me through the entire facility, showing me all the available units and their pricing. His patience and friendly demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I immediately decided to sign the contract. The entire team, including his co-workers, was kind and helpful throughout the process. I also want to commend the District Manager for building such a wonderful team. Their dedication to customer service is clear, and it makes all the difference. A conveniently placed storage facility with free parking along side heavily used Metropolitan Ave give you ease of access to your securely stored belongings.

We were at 2 other storage facilities before finding Storage Post. This place is clean including the bathrooms. Everyone is extremely helpful. The manager, Kimberly is beyond friendly and amazing with all your needs! I highly recommend STORAGE POST in Ridgewood, Queens!
