I really like this storage so far. The staff is great. The place is clean and the security access is a plus.....not to mention that all units have elevator access. No pushing boxes up stairs like some other places

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.
