The woman who showed me the space we rented was nice and patient. The space itself was a good size, affordable and near the elevator which is a plus. However I learned the hard way that once you decide to rent a space you must bring your lock in during their office hours so they could take there lock off and put your lock on. This process does make sense but I have never rented a storage space before and I just thought once I purchase it they will take their lock off automatically. The woman who i signed up with should have mentioned that small detail to me so that I wouldn't have came to move all my stuff in at night, just to discover I can't because it's locked. Also when we finally got the Locks switched the space was extremely dusty and dirty. My fiancé was disgusted and had to clean it himself.

My unit on the second floor was really good. We unloaded my kit and filled it all the way to the top. It took us about an hour to fill it up.

All of my things were secure and well preserved for the years that I needed storage during the height of the pandemic. Nothing stolen. Staff was very efficient and responsive to my requests.

This is absolutely the best storage facility in NYC. The staff is great always pleasant and attentive. The location is amazingly lit, always clean and convenient with inside and outside parking. They also have GREAT quality carts available for use to transport to and from your storage units. I say GREAT quality because they’re big enough to minimize the back and forth and small enough to allow for easy maneuvering. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe clean reliable and competitively priced location for all your storage needs! Keep up the great work guys!

Kimberly was amazingly helpful. We had to switch units, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. I was really almost shocked at how friendly and efficient she was is making sure we had everything ready for us.
