I haven't moved my stuff to the unit yet. Thats tomorrow. But the people that i spoke to were so nice that I'm sure everything will be fine.

Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

STORAGE POST 620 Richmond terrace Staten Island NY 10301. This is a best place to store your things and is a great environment inside and outside and the ladies whom attended to me called Anna, she is friendly and helpful. I so much loved this place with the parking space and the equipment to help move things from your vehicle to storage. They have all kind of storage depending on what you want and the lady Anna will help out.

New and clean facility. Great location( for me). Manny the manager was great. Very helpful and informative. I’m going recommend this facility to all who needs a clean and affordable storage.

I’ve been at this location for some time now almost since they opened and manny really really is on top of things here, I’m beyond appreciative on how he dealt with me but I visit my storage often and I get to see how he deals with other people and how he maintains this building, he is beyond polite and welcoming, very personable and friendly, he is well mannered and always knows what to say, I’ve personally seen him show three separate customers rooms all at the same time in a multi tasking way and they were all laughing as he entertained them in that sense. My favorite is manny using the floor scrubber, the place smells lovely of fabuloso. In the summer time he was always outside in the hot weather sweeping and sweating as well as now in the winter. He deft does all he can do for his customers and this building and it is all of many of the main reasons I chose this facility. Amongst the cameras, prices and elevators manny really is the truth. I was very frustrated. When I arrived no one was there to take me to my unit, give me the key to my lock. I arrived with my movers and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come back! No one told me they close for lunch!!!!!! No one told me I needed the key to get into the unit!!!!! I had to pay my movers extra!!!!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manny is a different breed, you need more of him…clean place, a lot of cameras, great access hours, 3 elevators, the kiosk help me alot but not more than manny and lastly the $50 referral promo is dope. Again thank you manny.

The service that Manny give me was Unforgettable he was great on all levels. Help me very much. I came back the next week and I signed up and I got my space and it was perfect.
