Manny help me so much he is very helpful for me and my age I need help, the way he explain everything to me was great, he has alot of patience, respect and very welcoming, he represents this company very good. The prices, alot of elevators, alot of camera's, alot of moving supplies, clean facility. The intercom is also very useful especially for a woman like myself. Thank you so much manny, don't change for the world and storage post you must keep him.

Called up again and spoke to Manny about a few units. He was super friendly and informative, however, I ended up not renting a unit just yet-- mostly because I feel that there should be better incentives and price matching etc... Their facility appears clean and well maintained, but the lack of offers, specials, price matching etc... left some to be desired. Should this facility offer some type of discount or incentive, I would be renting from them without question.

This Storage Post location has the greatest customer service ever! When I explained what type of storage I needed, the manager , Kimberley, took the time out to show me what type of storage units would meet my needs. Kimberley also explained all of the insurance options and also how to efficiently use the storage space within the unit. This storage unit facility is the best on Staten Island! If I could , I would give more stars! AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5х5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.

So I had personal difficulties getting proper info and insurance required to get a discount. But I have never met anyone in costumer service who is as understanding, patient and calm as Manny. This guy has the nerves of steel. Truly an amazing ️ experience ( and a personal lesson in patience and understanding). I don't even care if the price goes up. If this guy is there, he alpne is worth extra dollars lol. Manny went above and beyond.
