Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! I had this same storage unit for almost 5 years when I moved into a permanent location in coop city. I had my parents furniture as well as my furniture from way before. Tons of documents and rugs and other things. I had no trouble at all with the unit. I used their carts to move things in and out. I liked the closeness of my health club near by. Safe and pleasant!

Service is good. Access hours are decent! Prices a bit high but good place to store your items. The provide climate controlled facility. Access codes make it easy to enter and leave the premises freely. Elevators available.
