Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit
