Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! Lysette at 112 Bruckner helped me through the whole process of getting a unit and moving in with so much grace, charm, and generosity of spirit; especially appreciated when we arrived exhausted and very close to closing time! Thank you, Lysette. I will definitely be recommending Storage Post and this location in particular to others. Excellent service!

I went in to the facility yesterday to find a storage space and the customer service was great. A young lady named Nychelle showed me 3 units , she was patient with me and she made me feel like my items will be safe with them. I came in just to look and I’m now going in on Saturday to rent the space she showed me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.
