I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.

I came from Storage Max and Leslie treated me like family. He made sure to offer storage options that fit my needs and my budget, which I truly appreciate especially during these difficult times. Excellent location, recently opened, nice and clean with several security cameras. There is plenty of parking with 5 floors of storage spaces. Best price around and the most amazing customer service ever, thank you Yahaira Santiago, you made the process fast and made us feel secure during this stressful transition.

Manny, at the Richmond Terrace location, is very helpful and accommodating. For many, the stress of moving and the need to store your belongings can be intimidating at times, and having a very helpful and empathetic person to deal with is a very positive factor. The facility itself is very clean and tidy, all that one needs in a good storage location
