Great experience renting from Storage post in Albany Park, thanks to the location manager Claudia. I didn't have the best experience with their corporate customer service team, lots of conflicting information, but the Albany Park location manager Claudia made sure the unit I rented was accessible from the elevator and parking was available right outside of the entrance to the elevator. As a person with mobility issues, this made a big difference for me. She also took the time to make sure everything worked well during my visits. I found the facility to a clean, well lit & organized. I do recommend storing items in closed containers, I noticed a lot of dust accumulated during the 6 months I didn't access my unit. Price is very compatible with other storage locations, less expensive & reasonably priced than Extra Space storage.

Great prices, alot of cameras, 3 elevators, kiosk is very convenient and the intercom is cool, but manny is special please keep him. He truly is a remarkable invidual and represents your compamy well.

Love this place. The woman on the phone was so warm and lovely. It looks no time to get my space secure. Move in was a breeze. My unit was spotlessly clean and just as described. The manager was very helpful.

I met manny outside while he was cleaning maybe 4 months ago, he greeted me and I didn't even need storage at the time, I am a man of God and I can tell not only by our meet and greet outside as I walked by, not only by the reviews that this man does not do this just because he is good at it, he does it because he is genuine, pure, courteous, caring and has the passion to fulfill what people need and or looking for. Now that I am renting he is the same exact way in representing this company. The prices and all the elevators, all the security is amazing, the spacious unload and loading area along with the very convenient kiosk manny showed me is wonderful. Very clean and beautiful facility well maintained by manny as I saw him cleaning when I walked in this morning, I saw people say fabuloso and oh boy is that true all around lol manny God bless you and thank you storage post you hired the right man for the job.
