Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

Great customer service! New to the area and needed storage quickly, was able to find just what I needed at Storage Post. The place to put your things and they have good insurance, I love this storage been with them for years now. Although the name has change and it’s under new management. This is still a storage I would recommend to anyone. I’m not sure if they have any more available or not but they are perfect for storing your things if your homeless and don’t have a place to put your stuff. Very good storage.

Have been using this place for 6 years. Never a single issue. The employees were great. Kennard was polite, professional and helped me with all my storage needs. Bought a house and don't need the unit anymore and they made my exit quick and easy.
