This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. I reserved my space with Portia. She was fabulous from the start. Answered all of my questions and got me going. When I arrived to the facility on East 10th Street, I was greeted by Stan. Checking in with him was super easy and he explained everything thoroughly. I was escorted to my unit by Ghandi. He was friendly and kind. He explained hours and elevators to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone I worked with today to reserve my unit was professional and very friendly. They made the process so seamless. My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. I truly appreciate my experience here, the place was very clean and organized and I was attended by a very friendly individual Jimmy, who helped me with all of my storage needs. Because this is my first time using a storage unit after a very challenging time in my life I was made to feel comfortable and he answered all of my questions. I’m extremely grateful.

My husband and I came looking to store a few items last week on Monday. The young lady there was very helpful she gave us a full tour , she took her time and was very clear with everything ! This facility is very clean , quiet and most importantly safe which was my biggest concern. I would highly recommend this facility ! Thank You so much !!!
