I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the building was. Customer service over the phone, and the young lady at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful throughout my check-in process. I was very happy at how clean my storage unit was. I'm glad I went with Storage Post, and even happier they're not far from where I live. Thanks you guys!

If I could give 6, 7, 8 stars, 10 stars, I would! Lysette at 112 Bruckner helped me through the whole process of getting a unit and moving in with so much grace, charm, and generosity of spirit; especially appreciated when we arrived exhausted and very close to closing time! Thank you, Lysette. I will definitely be recommending Storage Post and this location in particular to others. Excellent service!

Despite some troubles early on, the manager and workers went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make up for whatever discrepancies happened. Staff was extremely polite, caring and understanding. Great hospitality!
